Panel: appointment of a service provider for the civil engineering designs, including design reviews of bulk water and sewer road infrastructure planning for 5.04 km, as well as the assessment of stormwater drainage systems related to water and sewer reticulation. This includes supervision certification and contract management to ensure the completion of outstanding milestones at Zithobeni extension 9 from 27 July 2025 until 25 October 2026.

The project also includes the construction of stormwater runoff dissipaters for erosion control, a boundary wall, and a waste pickers recycling shed at the Robinson Deep Landfill Site for a duration of three years, all integral to effective road infrastructure planning.
